David Hays, an native Memphian, has been with the company since 2013. He brings a vast understanding of GPNA reports and grant writing for various Housing Authorities. He's a graduate of The University of Memphis (1979). Go Tigers Go!

David has been married to his wife Debbie for over 30 years and has 4 daughters. He's a member of Brunswick Baptist Church, where he serves as the Worship Leader.

Outside of work, David enjoys being with his family, loves music, and golf.
